    My main compliant with this app is that the customer services is awful!!! Customer service is actually non-existant! After using the app for about a month as a paid subscriber, I was not able to access the site anymore. The site prompted me to reset my password for “security reasons” whenever I tried to log in. After following the prompts to reset my password, I never received any emails with the link to reset. I tried multiple times over multiple days going through the process to reset my password but still no emails with the link. I tried to I contact customer services multiple times with no real solutions other than generic troubleshooting steps. I looked up a phone number for the site on the web but the number did not lead to any solutions as I was unable to get a real person or even any automated prompts as well. It seemed like a dummy number. Bottom line if you have any issues with the site you can forget about getting ANY help from there so called customer service.

    Created a profile and have been waiting for my pictures to be approved for over a week. Why do I feel like I won’t get them approved unless I pay for a membership?

    Sign on times out on IPad and laptop. However, there is no problem on cellphone. Been about a week. When I was able to sign on, I have enjoyed using your service.

    While I did meet a few guys that were interesting, I could not communicate with them because of the unreliability of the app. Yes, o paid for all the extra features and the app would freeze up, say I did not have messages, not allow me to adjust settings. Pretty disappointed in the app.

    I canceled my subscription exactly how the app instructed me to do. They continue to charge me after TWO separate attempts. Next step is to go to the bank to cancel my account altogether. What a joke this app and their bot customer support is. Stay away

    I wanted to write a review. I’m 67. Single. Went thru a lousy divorce a decade ago. Kids pressuring me to get out there. I did try two other sites and lasted less than five days on both of those. Horrible. So tried OurTime. I honestly cannot believe I am posting this. I met several. Some were iffy but OurTime was great about weeding. Then I met Joe. Hmm. Seemed interesting. We ended up meeting for breakfast. Then hiking. Then camping. Well that was 8 months ago and many travel miles and he’s the nicest person I’ve ever met. We both credit OurTime. Thank you. This is a great dating site for older adults.
