It used to be great when i first bought my 4 cameras it used to great app and record everything now its keep asking for cloud storage and these add takes forever i paid for the camera so its not free we paid for it i dont want any advertising of anything its really pathetic trying to squeeze every-bit of penny from customers so this is last cameras i bought from you and it will be junk very soon

I got movement notification from my camera, went to open the app and an ad was blocking the way THEN it allowed me to “Continue to the app” and when I went to check the camera another damn ad popped up! When I was able to actually view the camera, it was too late. The thief had already left and actually accessed my teenage daughter’s room and stole! Do not use yi cam, do not trust yi cam. You buy the hardware and have to pay to go ad free on their software to view it?!?! What the hell??

STOP with the freakin ADS!!!!!!!!!!! It’s making EVERYONE NUTS!!! can you fix this please??? (Asking nicely)

Service is terrible, cameras disconnect, pure garbage. I have canceled my membership and they keep charging me!!!!

It’s honestly a scam. It’s hardly functional. The ads are so bad it’s useless to use for security because you can’t bypass it to look at your security camera and they are the long repeat ads that those scam apps use where you’re on a long loop. And this is why I say it’s a scam. Because you pay for cameras you can’t use for their intended purpose without paying a fee that is not communicated up front.

Worst camera app ever. Ads pop up every 5 seconds. You have to buy their cloud subscription to turn ads off. Cannot use it properly.

Endless pop-ups hijacking your screen.

To many pop up s do not enjoy! I am looking to replace cams with another company!
