The app will retroactively push notifications from months ago. It spams your watch, which leaves notifications useless. The AI is also useless. You can set it to not send notifications about cars. It doesn’t matter, you’ll get 100 a day for cars driving down the street. As badly as I wanted to get away from ring, this app has pushed me right back into their arms. I have tried to contact support, but was only met with AI. I’m assuming it’s the same system that struggles to ignore cars driving down the street.

Where to even start…just dont. When you really need it…either the videos will choose to randomly not store and then pop up 1-2 weeks later, or you’ll want to check your camera that did give off a notification but it will instead spin as if it’s working to open the camera for video but you will be a skeleton before you ever get to see any footage-This is not an exaggeration. Forget any customer support. I planning to abort this failed mission.

Extremely annoying bug that has been ongoing with this app for over a year where it will push old motion detection notifications to your watch even if you mute notifications.

The app was fine until the recent update. Now all the thumbnails are really big. It takes longer to load the clips. I have over 10 cameras; some with very high traffic. The new update is not useful to quickly scan all those clips.

It’s simple, I like that it added passkey support. The fact that you need 1 account even for more than one family member is annoying. Works pretty much most of the time, but obviously when you desperately need it, it won’t load. AI overviews can be misleading. I was decorating for Halloween and what I was doing was “Suspicious activity” in the doorbell’s eyes. Good UI update though.

I just bought the new cameras everything was good then Ever since the new update the cameras don't record good anymore i keep deleting and readding the cameras same thing with the app then the app keeps kicking me every time i open it and when it finally does open the videos dont wanna play keeps saying error then i have to reload the app a couple times until it finally plays a video everything is close to the wifi monitor ive never had any issues now all of sudden they raise the prize for better quality and better AI experience and now nothing works im tired of deleting and adding everything again everyday is the same thing and customer service is no help at all they keep telling me to delete and add when i literally told them i do it daily and i even reset my wifi everything works great at my house with the wifi except the cameras so obviously its the cameras

The app takes entirely too long to load most of the time I have missed whoever is at my doorbell. It is very easy to navigate though.

Refreshing thumbnails no longer works immediately. Takes several tries. It’s been like this for a month.

Cameras are very easy to setup. Great video quality. App is easy to use.
