  • Up-to-date city guides for locals’ favorites and secrets

I’ve purchased my 5th city guides! These guides do a great job of listing all that makes a city unique including food, arts, cafes, nightlife, and hotels. The guides focus on what is culturally significant and cover the range from hip to luxurious. Each landmark/attraction is displayed with nearby attractions making it easy to figure out where to go next. I started with the guide for my adopted home of Los Angeles. The guide contained most of my favorites and has helped me discover more favorites since then. The frequent updates separate these series from their competitors. I have received updates to most of the guides since I downloaded them within the past year.

Was sending to a friend and I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I’ve used it all over the world and it is a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend studying the guide before going to new cities.

I have been using the Paris guide and it has lots of great suggestions. I especially liked the walk related to photography. Two comments for future updates: 1. In the walks, include the metro station location and name on the maps 2. The photography walking tour include galleries that are either closed on Monday or Monday and Tuesday. Please incorporate that in the walk description that probably the best time to do this walk is between Wednesday to Friday

Some good ideas but I bought the Prague guide and the was immediately given the option to purchase the latest 2022 guide. I bought it in 2022. Annoying.
  • Utter crap…crashes on all the lists.

I think the content is probably great…but who knows. Cost 10$ and crashes every time you open the hotels list or the restaurant lists or whatever. Don’t waste your money until they fix it cause you just can’t use it. Sad too.
  • Great content but could be better for the $9.99 price point

I got the Istanbul guide and really like the content on the app but one thing that I really wish is that it had more images or at least integration to go google maps. When looking at the restaurant recommendation it is really difficult to know details such as ambiance, type of food, hours of operation or if a reservation is needed without seeing more details and I find myself flipping back and forth between the app and google maps. The same feedback applies to all other aspects of the guide.
  • Eclectic choices with nice range of price points

Title says it all. Each city is its own purchase within the app.. the biggest downside is each update is the same price as a new city .
  • Complete waste of time

LV should just stick to bags. Seriously. It’s unintuitive and the information is no better than Google.
  • Almost completely useless

This is probably the most useless app I’ve ever purchased. Every information on it can be found elsewhere and it’s really little information for $8.
  • My favorite travel guide

I didn’t really think I’d find this useful—i figured I’m not generally the LV target market—but many of my favorite experiences in Seoul last year came from recommendations in the app. Many guides are overwhelming; this one gives a nicely curated list, and a nice range. I found suggestions when I was feeling fancy; or when I wanted something peaceful. I’m already excited about several of the items in the Tokyo guide, and I’ll be revisiting some of the ones I missed in Seoul. My only slight critique: items on the walking tours are not on the master list. I’d like to be able to bookmark some of them.
