    Used to be a great app I was recommending to friends and family. Now they include adds. It takes forever for you to access your cameras. Worst app ever. Don’t buy their products .

    Corporate scum bags. I am getting notifications that something is happening at the camera location and you are making me watch click bait wick is stopping me from seeing what is going on. You are pathetic. Only thing that matters to you is money!!

    I pay for this upgraded app yearly and there are now so many ads that I can open the camera. It takes five minutes to scroll through.

    I should have taken a video when I threw all your 5 cameras in the garbage. You guys are buns. If you are thinking about getting Zmodo cams… please don’t! Look elsewhere. Ads ruined this !!!

    Have been using these cameras for years & paid for a subscription but the ads have made very hard to continue using them. If I needed to see something right away it would take FOREVER! This is why I made the change to Blink!

    Used to be a good app. Now you open the app and it’s blocked by stupid annoying adds ,you try to press the X to close and it takes you to the App Store you close that the back to the add . It takes about 60 Seconds just To be able to look at your cameras. Really annoying when you get an alert and it needs to be reviewed immediately. I’m so offended that Zmodo app has ruined thier app , thier reputation by stealing my time , I will never buy thier cameras again I will tell everyone I know not to make that Mistake.

    DO NOT BUY THESE!!! If you did purchase already- please see if you can return them. The company has put ads in the app where you cannot see your cameras until the ads play. For security, this is a concern and a red flag. I threw out all of my cameras. the company won’t listen to us & refuses to remove the ads. It’s honestly really bad business and I don’t think this company will be in business for long. Get another brand of camera if you can!

    !!CHECK CAMERA SETTINGS!! Turn device sharing OFF! This entire time I’ve had it on not knowing what it meant because the app did not tell me. I use this camera for my bedroom!!! Device sharing gives EVERYBODY access to your camera. GROSS. I FEEL VIOLATED. I’ve had this app/camera since 2019 and I’ve never had an issue until recently. I pay for a premium subscription and I was told I’d still get ads because they’re “figuring it out”. I shouldn’t have to pay 10-20$ a month and still get ads. The camera quality is also awful but it does what it’s supposed to for the most part. I’d suggest just getting a better camera in general, they’ve had 5 years to fix the problems and nothings been fixed. Not worth it.

    We’ve paid automatically for five cameras for years just to be hit with the bs ads blocking our view or blasting the volume upon opening the app, and now we can’t even access the cameras - saying they’re “offline” when nothing has changed… ?! Subscriptions are now canceled for all five “premium” services. Keeps your ads. Buy back the now useless equipment!
