    The cameras are great never had any issues in the last couple months out of Nowhere it started popping up ads to download games on App Store and you gotta watch so many to view what’s going on outside my house not to mention I have two different subscription’s as well and that does not matter. Sometimes you can’t even view your cameras.

    Cameras was good , now they won’t set to the right time. App has a million adds. $10 a month per camera to have cloud. Will be getting rid of cameras & app all together. Had these for 7 years. But the adds on the app did it for me!!! I want to log in and see whats going on at home not 30 minutes worth of adds!!!

  • Watch an ad to open but won’t open

    With the last update you have to watch an ad before opening the app but then the app crashes and starts all over again. Frustrating. Will not be renewing if this is not fixed in time. Other apps have ads too but not to open.

    You guys are pathetic for pushing these many ads. If you want to push ads, you could run an ad banner at the bottom instead of when opening the app and delaying viewing the cameras.

    Shame on you Zmodo for your greed. How shady of you to prompt customers to update the app for firmware protection, when in fact, it was actually a way to install the new advertising feature. It is unacceptable that I cannot reach my camera feed until I can click out of these intrusive ads. This is why customers never update apps. Updates in the name of security are actually the introduction of bugs to either crash your phone, monitor your actions and bombard the customer with unsolicited ads. Everything wrong is always done in the name of avoiding customer price increases and infrastructure costs. For once can a company use its profits to offset inflation? Sad, sad times. Imagine trying to view a security camera, but you’re being blocked by a silly ad. Unacceptable. Monopoly and partnerships with Apple and Google. Haven’t you all made enough money? When is enough, enough?

    I have been using the cameras for years and now with all the adds it makes the cameras almost unusable. I may need to go with a more reliable system if not resolved. Very unfortunate!

    I’ve had Zmodo cameras for over 10 years and they’ve always worked great for me but now because of the time it takes to get to a live view due to the adds I’m looking at a different system. I’ve had 3 urgencies where I needed to get to the live view only to be forced to wait for the ads to cycle.

    Desde la última actualización se ha vuelto molesta tanta publicidad, había comprado estas cámaras porque funcionaban muy bien pero con la última actualización no deja entrar sin abrir anuncios y hasta la AppStore para descargar sin tocar nada así que se vuelve molesto si hay forma de configurar las cámaras con otra app sería genial sin anuncios como estaba antes antes de considerar cambiar de marca de cámaras

    Obstructive advertisements won’t even let me get into the app any longer. This is infuriating considering I’m actually paying a monthly fee as a subscriber and I can’t even get inside the damn app because of Of The obtrusive advertisements on the splash screen.
