  • Terrible. Requires sub for basic features

You can’t even block a website from a device on this without paying a yearly subscription. This is a basic function. Pathetic. I will be switching to something that works WITHOUT subscription model. $500 later in devices and they still want more money for basics.

Since v6.35.0, on the iPhone, we can no longer close the view of the eero equipment under Home tab. We are now up to version v6.37.1 and users still cannot close/hide the eero devices. Please add this feature back into the app. Thank you!
  • Asks for email and phone during setup

This is a wifi router. Why does it need my phone and email in order to set it up?

We live in a fairly large house and the router couldn’t reach the whole house. I tried power line adapters and range extenders, but each had their drawbacks and limitations. When I read about the eero system being developed, I ordered a set. Is have added and modernized the system over the years, and cannot say enough about the ease of setting this up, and the speed of the units. I have given them as presents, and even the most electronically backwards can set the system up in minutes with no anxiety apor distress. When we got a vacation home, the first purchase I made was an eero system.

The login flow is completely broken. When you auto fill an SMS message code in order to login it literally doesn't paste it into the field. Please fire your pathetic, beyond talentless engineers.

I am changing my review to five stars because they fix the one issue that bothered me. You can now add nicknames to each location so you know the difference when they have the same SSID.

Would like to know why this isn’t available on macOS? Is it too much trouble to port over?
