Had this app for a few years as of last night it’s completely frozen on one article and I cannot clear it !!

Switching between team sites is handy, as is built in account management but it lacks many fundamental 2023 features - including pull to refresh. Hard to justify using the app over the mobile website at this point.

Terrible and not optimized for the app. Even the moderators say they prefer the web version. It’s unbearable. Also, rival mods can’t give any “inside scoop” for football that you can’t find on the internet or twitter.

My notifications never display, sometimes the “bell” that shows notifications in app will show up and disappear as quickly as it initialized. Only one time was I able to actually press the “bell” before it disappeared; surprisingly it worked the same as the browser version of Rivals does. This just tells me that the app has the capacity to show me my notifications but somehow it can’t display it properly for whatever reason. If y’all could fix that I’d change my rating to 5 stars. I would really appreciate not having to go to the actual website to see my notifications/interactions.

Nothing would load on this for me. The layout of the website is much better than this app

You can’t see or use the user profile, messages, notifications or search tabs at the top of the right side of the banner. I have resorted to using the web version. Hope this is fixed bc it is a deal breaker.

It’s a sad day when 90% of your subscribers used safari or chrome over using your app. Please get with the 21st century and upgrade notifications for certain insiders posting and a UI we can actually use. Don’t download this app. Just use your browser

My rivals premium content on mobile app is constantly blocked. I have had this problem multiple times.

I love my subscription and the rivals board I’m a member of. Having said that, this app constantly has issues. Right now, it does not recognize my subscription on the app, and says I need to “sign in.” When you click “sign in”, you can only subscribe, no log in. I’m also noticing practical issues like articles not loading, click a link and something totally different opens, etc. Really needs attention, as it will cost people actually paying for subscriptions to sights, and that’s not fair to the hard workers who put great content on the site.
