Tennis TV is good for the ATP 1000, 500, and 250 events with ability to watch every match, great match highlights with both 3, 10 min highlights and daily highlights. Commentating is non-existent in many matches, and they’re not always easy to find (although easier than ESPN et al). Having to separately subscribe to TennisChannel to watch WTA, ESPN+ for US Open, Australia Open, & Wimbledon, TBS for French Open. Actual streaming like SlingTV plus Tennis Channel for Laver Cup is really frustrating. I understand this isn’t Tennis TV’s fault, but it is very expensive to be a tennis fan, and it’s getting old.

I thought I would get most important games, but that was true only to men's games. For example, right now they are not showing the Cincinnati women's final. And I had to keep logging in to Apple TV, which was annoying.

Do you remember why people pay for this app? Please try to watch a tennis match once in a while. And if you can’t “see” what a hot mess this UI has become and how flaky your app is now, then try to put you app in the hands of someone who loves tennis and ask them to try to watch a game they care about. It’s been years of bad upgrades, one after another.

I have tried several times to reach out to customer service to notify them of streaming issues not only on the app but also on TV. The issue has been persistent all year and instead of rectifying the issue, it has gotten worse. Every time I try to connect with customer service, they give the same answer that “they know it’s an issue” but it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything about it. There were no issues when I was using this app last year and I won’t be continuing my subscription.

As a paid member, site worked before but not will not log me in. There’s been various issues since I paid $134.99 for an annual subscription but the site not allowing me access today tops its. I’ve had enough of this site and do not recommend it to anyone. Total scam website

The layout is clunky and not intuitive like the Tennis Channel app. It regularly pulls up the wrong match. Also, there is no split screen and navigation within matches is clunky at best. This could be far better.

The new update is terrible - it is so complicated that it’s almost unusable. No more simple schedules by time and court and players. No more simple access to replays or highlights. And it first appears vertical on iPad Pro and then needs to be turned horizontal and then there’s no sound until you tap the sound icon (that doesn’t indicate mute). It’s filled with all kinds of unnecessary bells and whistles - what’s next? an online gambling option??!!??

None of them come close to this device. As a matter of fact, Tennis TV won’t even work Amazon fire sticks. The resolution is incredible. The colours are incredible. And it’s only $50 at Walmart. And all of my other apps look fantastic with us. No other product does justice to Tennis TV. Worth every cent.
