Chase will not allow you to link to rocket money because of plaid. Rocket money will not allow you to manually link any account, therefore it will not automatically monitor my Chase account. I do not have time to manually enter all of my expenditures due to this conflict. That’s the whole point in me downloading this application to begin with.

Accounts don’t sync correctly. UI doesn’t update properly and overall user experience is not good.

First of all you got my car insurance wrong it’s not Progressive. It’s Hartford. You obviously don’t know what you’re doing on that alone. You keep sending me to other apps to do your job for you and you aren’t connecting with my bank with them. What the hell are you trying to do?

Rocket Money is useless. It advertises itself as an app that helps you cancel subscriptions, but all it does is cancel the ones that are already easy to cancel. The second a subscription requires any actual effort, it suddenly can’t help you and just gives you instructions to do it yourself. And somehow, it takes forever to accomplish absolutely nothing. The spending tracker is just as pointless. It doesn’t tell you anything your banking app doesn’t already tell you for free. So what exactly am I paying for? An app that takes my money to tell me how to stop other apps from taking my money? If I wanted a list of instructions and some fake sympathy while I do all the work myself, I’d ask ai. Rocket money isn’t a solution to unnecessary subscriptions. It’s another unnecessary subscription. Deleted my account. Good riddance.

You want to take a minimum of 35% of my savings and it’s not even showing the subscriptions I specifically wanted to cancel. This is just another subscription that I need to cancel
