I selected this app as I understood it offered a few free pages, but it doesn’t. You have to dig deep into the app to find the option for free pages and then it has you enter your phone number for a confirmation text, which never arrives.

Bait and switch ripoff to waste your time only that if you are lucky). They ask for information like your Google password. Don’t give it to them. Also, after you fill out a fax cover sheet, they will pop up a phone number verification screen that will wipe out everything you have filled out or attached. I wasted nearly 2 hours on this that I will never get back. Don’t put anything confidential into this.
Very user friendly

High quality app and user friendly. I just sent my 1st fax with it so I will be back to let you know how that goes if it doesn’t work out right to change my review. If it stays the same review, then it worked perfectly.
$8.99 monthly became $167.99 annual

My father had just died and I needed to fax paperwork to one of his creditors. I selected Fax.Plus’s $8.99/month Basic plan and was later charged $167.99 for an annual plan I did not knowingly approve. Their own support records confirmed I had initially selected Basic Monthly, yet they refused to reverse the charge.
If the company responds to this review, please understand I already spent days dealing with their unhelpful billing support and ultimately had to dispute it. Fax.Plus blocked my account while the dispute was pending yet luckily I had kept screenshots and emails, and when I submitted the evidence to my credit card the full $167.99 was returned to me.
My advice: screenshot everything, watch your billing closely, and pay by credit card.

I selected the $8.99/mo plan and was later charged $167.99 for an annual plan I did not knowingly approve. Fax.plus refused the refund. I disputed with my credit card and recovered the suspicious charge.
Update: Alohis public response implies they can and will help. That was not my experience. If you search for more reviews online you’ll see. My father had just died and a creditor needed a fax. I sent it using their service, was overcharged by mistake, and then had to deal with their unhelpful support for a few days. They refused any help and implied I was being dishonest yet luckily I had screenshots of all my interactions and my credit card issuer used that evidence to reverse the charges. My advice to anyone considering using this service: keep screenshots of every step, watch your billing and email communications closely, and use a credit card so you have dispute protection when something goes wrong.

There is no way to bulk export all the faxes you sent out (to include the contents itself, such as pdfs etc) You have to go into each individual fax and click multiple times to save them individually as a pdf then go back in again and download the actual confirmation fax separately. I want to be able to have a hard copy of exactly what was faced with a receipt of confirmation with it.

Be careful. I thought I was only signing up for a month and then they charged me for the entire year! They have it shown in their website so they know this is a flaw in how they have this set up. I immediately cancelled once I realized what happened but have not been able to get a refund. I never used the service and yet I am down $91. It was an honest mistake in my part. They should be able to see I never used the service. I would stay clear of this app. Very dishonest business practice.
