Excellent app, but after paying my subscription they started a token system that completely excluded me as a premium subscriber to use the AI filters, which are now the main feature of the platform.

The app sites its community standards as the reason why it won’t let you process portrait photos showing skin. It kicks back anything in bathing suits or lingerie any sort of boudoir. (No nudity at all) It’s got some cool effects, but it’s essentially worthless if you’re a portrait photographer… Started out cool. Now it’s not.

Why so we have to pay for The best effects when we use are data to Download and use the app

Don’t bother, nothing is free. App is useless unless you pay $5.99 a week.

One of the best app I have used for my art.

I downloaded Prequel just two days ago and purchased a one-year subscription because I expected the subscription to give me full or reasonable access to the app. However, after using it for only about 10 minutes, I was told that I needed to purchase additional credits to continue using certain features. I honestly don’t understand what I paid for with the one-year subscription if I still have to keep buying credits just to use the app. This feels extremely misleading and frustrating. The credit system and what is actually included with the annual subscription should be made completely clear before someone pays for a year. I regret purchasing the subscription and would not recommend Prequel to anyone considering the annual plan. Very disappointing experience. 1 star.

My go to pic editor. The amount of play you get with filters feels endless. Just incredible quality

I signed up because of the “Free Three Day Trial,” but when I tried to cancel after 24 hours, it looks like they bill you for that first year anyway.

Not happy. After paying my yearly fee, I made a few videos. When I say few, I mean 5 videos top. My lousy credits that I had earned after purchasing the app I would have to wait a YEAR to gain credits or BUY more credits in order to use the app. To me this is a blatant scam. A rip off. No, I do not plan on buying more credits. What happens when those run out? Avoid making the same mistake I made. Don’t buy it.

They say free 3 days and if you cancel before the 3 days they charge you.
