    This app has been great. Freezes once in a while but no biggie. Can change ur lifestyle as needed. Updates all changes well. Makes this diet super easy. I loved it before the app but this is Great!!!

  • Too cumbersome for custom cooking

    If you just eat prepackaged foods it’s 3 stars. Can’t create custom meals to save and reuse that I can see which is why my trainer said to buy it. Much easier to use a notebook.

    I really like the app but a few things frustrate me: 1) it’s annoying that if you don’t log a food you’ve eaten a million times in the past week it will disappear from your library and you have to search all over again. 2) the food database is lacking. I am constantly adding new foods and they never seem to get added to their actual database, instead I have a huge library of custom foods…. 3) I wish there was more options to move the mealtimes. It has me eating immediately when I rise from bed and within one hour before I go to bed which I don’t like and changing it is a pain in the butt, and you have to do every single day, you can’t just say “I don’t want to eat within one hour of wake/sleep”. Hopefully with all the money they’re charging they can afford some updates.

  • It works but can be improved

    I’ve ran two diets now, a weight loss and a maintenance. Both worked well and I’ve hit my goals in both cases, reducing my body fat to 12% on the first one and then maintaining it at that for 12 weeks now. However there are a few things I’d like to see improved: - food recommendations should be based on standard serving sizes to make it easier to follow. - Foods database lags behind other apps and requesting a food to be added is a bit of a fire and forget thing as there’s no way to know when it will be available (if ever). - I’d like to be able to customize my macros split. I tend to do better eating a bit more even split of fats and carbs but the app pretty much locks in the ratios and doesn’t let me tweak things. Otherwise I’ve enjoyed using this app so far and look forward to starting another cut in January to get down to single digit % body fat.

    Hi, I am unhappy with trying to figure out how to use this app. I am sure it is very useful once I understand how to find the items I want to log. I have asked for help and the issue was not resolved.
