    I’ve been doing Moves workouts for two years now! It’s the only program I have ever stayed consistent with. I love that you can just open the app and your workouts are all laid out for you each week. There are alternates to each exercise and you can see your history which is amazing to see how far you have come with weight selections and reps. I followed Madeline for a while before I jumped on board and once I did I wished I had started sooner! Try the program…you won’t regret it!

    This app has been such a great support through many stages of my fitness journey! From wanting to get strong, to prioritizing running, to staying active while pregnant, and recovering from giving birth, Moves has been so helpful! These programs have so much intention behind them and every workout feels purposeful! I love that the workouts are split up by exercises and not a full video so I can do it at my pace. I also love being able to log my weights and look at weight history to make sure I’m challenging myself.

    I have been a Moves user for a couple of years and have really enjoyed the workouts and thought the app was ok. But this update really makes this program the complete package! Great functionality for all the different parts of the workout.

    I’ve been doing Moves for two years and have done a few TT’s and love your programming! I have never ever worked out consistently before then (I’m in my early 40’s) I saw results and was feeling great. I worked out at home and only had dumbbells up to 15lbs. I felt I sort of plateaued because I couldn’t push myself with weight and so I decided to join the gym. After just three weeks, my friend said she notices a big difference in my body composition and how strong i am getting. I am so pumped! Your programming has ALWAYS been superb and having access to more equipment and weight has allowed me to really maximize this program. Thank you so much for all you do!

    Love love love the new updated app!!!! It’s so well done and so thought out! I love that I can customize the workout to meet my needs so when I push start I don’t feel like I’m doing “less than.” MOVES is such a staple in my life I just selfishly hope you never quit your job! 😆 💕

    I don’t know how many good things I can say about this app, but I have tried tons of home workout apps and this one is hands down the best. Super easy to use. Easy to adapt to the equipment you have. I love that I can either do the full workout or a 30 minute depending on what my morning looks like and still know I’m getting a killer workout. It makes it easy to get up and get in my workout because there zero prep. I also love how at the end of the week I know my body has been pushed and my workouts were with purpose. Forever a moves app subscriber!

    I can’t recommend this app enough! For someone who wants to lift more weights and stay in shape, but doesn’t have the know-how or time to plan workouts— this app does it all for you! You can choose the 30 minute plan or the 60 minute plan. As a busy mom with littles I almost always do the 30 minute plan but it leaves me drenched in sweat and I’ve seen incredible results ! Been using it for the past three years and will always be grateful! THANK YOU MADELINE!!!!!

    I love LOVE the new UI. The exercise history feature is so helpful! I couldn’t decide between 2 weights and checked my history to see that I was lifting the heavier weight historically. It’s also fun to see my weight progress over time. It was already a great product, but the new UI made it even better!
