    This app has everything you could want. Guided meditation, meal plan with easy grocery lists, guided or instructed workouts of every kind, sleep meditations, so much more! If you are new to yoga or a seasoned vet, Tahl is your girl. If I would ever give a stranger a hug…it’d be Tahl, if you ever read this please know you have helped me through so so much in my fitness and mental health journey!

    I’ll start by saying I love this app for workouts, food planning and motivation. But the past few years as they continue to make it “better” it’s become incredibly glitchy. It has a hard time loading, it constantly asks me to create a new profile, it drops my programs and I have find and figure out where I started, and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to delete the app and add it again to get it to work. I wish they would leave it alone and let the user enjoy the content. Or get a better developer team..

    Tell my buddy Chris he’s doing a great job with the app. Couple of suggestions: It would be nice to get some interactive feedback from the workout log when gains are made. Sometimes at the gym, a piece of equipment is being used. It would be nice to skip an exercise that is next in the progression, but then move back without all the completed checkmarks being made. Also, in the workout logbook, it would be nice if comments could be made. For example, I had a mild strain in my right shoulder so Doing a dumbbell press was easier on my shoulder than a barbell bench press. It would’ve been nice to have it logged for future reference.

    I’ve enjoyed seasons of using the app. I left it after the app was constantly down for weeks last year. I came back to it a few months ago, and was enjoying it until the latest app update. They now force you to choose certain programs, and the app makes it hard to access some of the programs I like that aren’t the ones they’re pushing on you. Hope they can resolve this.
