  • Suspended without reasoning

As a woman, I got a lot of attention on this app some wanted some not. Lots of nasty men messaging nasty things and had to block hundreds of accounts. Even then, some were still able to access my profile. Deleted my account out of frustration and forgot to get one amazing person’s number before I did. So I logged back in and immediately I’m suspended. I emailed them asking what was the issue. They refused to tell me and asked me to send my drivers license. Um no? Who are you? Who is doing a license check through an email!? That’s crazy. Even other dating apps have it through a formal system. I asked all of this and they refused to even tell me what was the process of the check. You think I’m just going to hand you sensitive information over an email? We are taught from a young age to not send sensitive information like IDs and passports over email. The last email they send said they are banning me from using the app! Why? Because I don’t want to give you my license without understanding your process? Now I have no way of contacting the man I wanted to speak to. Further making this whole dating process frustrating than it already is. If my “suspicious activity” was blocking all of your creeps on the account that you all refuse to remove from the platform then good riddance.
  • Can’t even message anyone

The worst part about this app is you can’t even message anyone even if you match with them and they want you to pay 33$ for one month is insane they are taxing us bc of our stds so it makes new users shy away from the app bc of how much it cost so there’s not many people on the site in general ..
  • This app is the worst!

I have tried this app a handful of times. PROFITING OFF OF DISEASE IS FOUL. THE DEVELPERS ACT LIKE WE THE COMMUNITY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINANCIALLY KEEPING THE DEVELOPMENT AFLOAT… there are grants and people with actual money that would fund this app. They just play into the same mental corruption as big pharmaceutical companies. “Why not make users pay… more money comes to the app( not) it goes to the company) “ also just like big pharma … “why find a cure when we hit a gold mine” why make the app free when we have hit a gold mine” I’m not encouraging my std becoming a cash crop. Dating is hard enough… now it’s near impossible. there are a ton of depressed and rude trolls with and without stds with no filter of the behavior from the app. This app tho it has positives about being “positive” has too many negatives. 1. The app should reenforce safety. There is glorified lying about the disease within the “chat box” why is that okay? It’s not! It hones in on the idea that sex and hooking up is all we have left within the community. Another issues is why is it listed as HSV but people with aids/HIV and hpv are allowed in this app. None of these STDs should mix! They could end our lives. This isn’t to be disrespectful, it’s to protect people. Dating apps are so far away from finding happiness and this kind of app should be different. We lost a sense of safety when we were diagnosed. How dare we lose it again. Following, we are normal people. We do have issues inside and out. But I’d like to see a structured dating app especially for the ones diagnosed who’ve truly had the ground beneath them shaken. Something that unforced true boundaries and safety. Vs loose morals still arise. The stds should have shaken some sense into us but if anything the idea of the app has taken us too far into the chaos that brought us in the realm of our disease.
  • Positive Singles is Completely Predatory

It's whole purpose is to isolate an already stigmatized population with low self esteem and make money off of every interaction. That's why it costs more than any mainstream dating app and there's really no non premium option. It doesn't do anything to help with stigma, it perpetuates our stigma for a profit and we should not give them any more of our time or money.
  • No type of protection

The amount of men who message and harass me even though my profile says I’m into women only. I shouldn’t have to pay to have that respected. Extremely unfriendly to those of the lgbt community. Of all the features to include in the premium tier, being excluded from men shouldn’t be one for women WHO ARE NOT INTERESTED IN MEN. It’s ridiculous. Deleting immediately

Not tooooo bad of an app, you just have to pay $30+ if you want to speak to people and have real dialogue overall. This is probably the best app you’re going to find if you have an STD I hate to say…
  • Can’t buy premium

App prompts you to buy premium to enjoy virtually anything. I choose to do it and it’s glitched. I’ve hit pay at least 30times and recieved that thank you message everytime only for it not to work and hoping that my bank won’t get charged that many times. 🤷🏽
  • Full of scammers!!!

I loved the idea of this app, but I had zero luck with it. Most people just wanted casual hook ups, which isn’t my jam. It is also needs a background check feature built-in. Zero security. Two scammers and one criminal later, I dropped the app like a bad habit. It’s too bad. It could be great, but I didn’t feel protected, so had to dump it.
  • Have to pay for everything

You literally put all the features for members and made the app useless otherwise. You have to pay for everything and literally cannot messages anyone unless u pay the steep $34 a month. Most dating apps cost 50% less than this one smh. Then the developers excuse for this price is “the website and app has to be maintained” and their excuse for people not being able to do anything, not even message people without paying, is “we need to leave some features exclusive for memberships”
  • App Crashes

This app crashes every time I open it now. Having to pay to talk to a match was absurd.
