    I recently downloaded InVintory after a fellow wine friend recommended it on a trip. I haven’t tracked our wines previously, but knew I needed to do something to make sure our wines were being consumed at peak times (and making sure there weren’t any going bad). Inputting the bottles is super easy. I was able to input over 300 in about an hour (which was significantly faster than other apps that I have tried). Vincent, the ai assistant, has been very helpful- helping categorize wines by drinking time and even an order in which to drink them to make sure some of the wines with smaller drink windows don’t “expire”. I had a few issues with the app while looking at our inventory and contacted support- Parker was very friendly and responsive and was able to fix my issues right away (just needed an update). Customer service and response time was excellent- which is an important factor for me when trying to decide which app to choose. I am on the trial version currently, but based on my interaction with the team and ease of use, I am confident I will move forward with purchasing a subscription. Thank you, Parker, for your time and answering my questions.

    We’ve converted our entire collection over, after doing a trial run with one fridge. The folks running this have clearly been paying attention to what folks like, and what makes it a joy to use. If you need any of the extra services, we’ve had a great experience there too. PS, ask “Vincent” the AI what to drink on a Tuesday. I felt very supported! Good place for a solicitous AI, even if our collection “leans a little heavy for a Tuesday”

    I downloaded and tried about every app, this is the only one worth it for people who actually want to track what they have. The UI is great, and app support is great when you have something special or unique and need it added. I’m done looking for any other wine app to keep track of my bottles.

    I have three cellars with capacity over 850 bottles. It was impossible to know what bottles should be consumed and which ones held. Until now. Easy sorting and fast locating of all bottles. And the AI functionality is a bonus!! I highly recommend this app.

    Wine collecting is so much more enjoyable with this app. I tried others before and they were a hassle to use. With InVintory login info is a pleasure and you get so much insight into your collection in return. Cannot recommend it more.

  • Login Issue, Great support

    I purchased Premium annual. Was able to log in on my phone but then tried also logging in to my iPad and MacBook Air. Told me password was incorrect. I couldn’t find a way to reset my password as it took me to the “You’re back!” page. I clicked “Login” but it auto-filled my old password and then gave me the same error message. I couldn’t find anything that allowed me to either enter my email and new password, or reset my password. I emailed InVintory support and received a prompt and detailed response from support which quickly solved my issue, and gave me info to avoid the issue in the future. I’m back at entering bottles!

    This app has been excellent—easy to use, intuitive, and reliable. The overall experience is smooth, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into making it convenient for customers. The customer service was equally impressive. Parker was especially helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, and made sure my questions were addressed quickly. Great app and even better customer support. Highly recommend!

  • Freezes every time I add a bottle

    Seems like it would be a good app, but every time I add a bottle, the app locks up and I have to reboot. Feels daunting as I have 130+ bottles to upload…. Is the a new release coming soon? NOTE: This is only if I add a new wine from within a bin, if I add a wine from the main screen and assign it to a bin, it doesn’t break. Seems like bug
