This game is super frustrating without a controller. The on screen controls are 50/50 and super unresponsive

Cant load game, can only continue- one pixel from a killing blow — so i have to completely restart despite starting this session from the last save room i used. Game deletes your save.

Worth buying if you are a fan of the franchise.

Touch controls are horrible. Why port this to phones and not bring it to consoles outside of Sony. It’s nice they did this but pretty bad experience unless you use controller which defeats the purpose of a pocket sized version. Please bring this to switch and other non Sony consoles are not fluid and make playing impossible.

The controls feel a bit clunky at times, and sometimes it feels like it just doesn't read my inputs. Also, in the PlayStation version of the game, you have access to Dark Metamorphosis from the get-go, so you can readily heal yourself when Alucard's at his weakest... Why did you change that??? Why is that ability locked all the way in the library???? Did Death steal Alucard's vampirism, too????? That one change makes the start of the game infinitely harder than it's supposed to be & it's extremely frustrating & annoying.

Can’t get the wonderful music or anything coming out. This is why I love the game. The soundtrack. Please help

The game is terrible. Overall - save your money. There is nothing about how to get more health. You essentially need to start a new character. They should owe me the 3 bucks. What a bunch of chumps. This game is terrible. Lucky it’s only 1 star.

Disclaimer: I used a controller attachment for my experience with this game. I have experimented with the touch controls, which seemed to be fine by my standards. Just keep in mind that most of what I’ll say is from someone who used a controller add-on. I consider myself to be a massive fan of the Castlevania franchise. With that being said, this is the only port of the game that I have actually brought myself to finish. Being able to have the convenience of just opening up this app and playing the game was honestly the best part of the experience. Whether I’m a passenger in the car, bored at school, or just chilling in bed, this game was readily available on my phone at all times. As long as you don’t care about the very specific things, you will love this port of the game. This is a phenomenal Castlevania entry, and I highly recommend it for anybody looking to get into the franchise. It has: a wonderful soundtrack, stunning visuals for its time that still hold up well in today’s age, intriguing gameplay mechanics within its puzzles(to expand the castle’s explorability) and combat(bat, wolf, and mist transformations), and a classic RPG leveling-up system in which you’re encouraged to explore the entire castle to find every item, armor, and weapon. Not to mention that you can play as other characters aside from Alucard, such as the iconic Richter Belmont & Maria Renard! If you’re looking for a convinient way to play this, just buy it already. It’s so cheap for the amount of hours you will have enjoying yourself. Also, Alucard is just so cool…

I’m not able to listen the music with out AirPods. Please fix it
