I first downloaded it and it connected me to the nearest spot and they stopped over 150 people from hacking me. TIP use home Wi-Fi when connecting to VPN so you get the closest one.

I like the free version so I was going to upgrade to the paid version but anytime I try, I get an error that says I don’t have permission. Oh well

The app is great. The only downside is that it causes errors to streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+. For Netflix, it keeps saying that “my device isn’t part of the Netflix Household” because of the VPN app. A similar thing happens with Disney+ where it constantly gets an error message, but this one is fixed by changing the country server. Still, I would like these problems to be resolved as soon as possible.

I want to try the free VPN first, and then consider whether to pay or not. Obviously, it is not ideal. I can't link, and I will cut off my own network, which is strange.

I subscribed to vpn plus through apple and my proton account still shows free version.

The app is great and the paid features are awesome, however for some reason I can’t seem to access the subscription I pay for anymore. I even tried to repurchase it and see if that would fix it but I am just told I’ve already purchased the subscription on my device and can’t purchase it again. I don’t know why it isn’t working but it is frustrating. I don’t know if this is a bug on the app or my device in general but I figured I’d give a warning just in case.

I have a paid version and it works as advertised. I’ve tried it Peacock, Paramount, Netflix and ESPN and was able to stream outside the “zone”. Recommend.
