    Exercise reps I’m told to do don’t match with the reps the model does. The time is off too. Otherwise I like the exercises.

    I’ve had the app since 2023 went to renew it and it won’t recognize my email, it asks for a 4 digit code that it never sends. After numerous attempts it lets me back in but it’s the outdated version and I can’t change my settings and support is literally no help
  • Weight / Rep edit is broken.

    The 0 button is broken when trying to change the weight or rep amount in a workout. Only number that won’t input.

    Good app for starting out if u need help figuring out what exercises work what muscles but way too many bugs and absolutely no customer support. I mean ZERO. Originally got a 3 month subscription but just cancelled it. Will absolutely not be renewing. Get a one month subscription if you want to learn what exercises Work out individual muscles, you can however find that free online. Other than that, the app is very glitchy. The calendar at times is completely missing days and the app at times has reset itself and lost all history and progress. If you run into any problems you will have absolutely no support. all replies to any questions through email are automated and All offer the same reply to all questions.

    The workouts are solid. But the app has a lot of glitches. Things like the workout menu doesn’t change when you look at a different date on the calendar, the 0 not working when changing the weight, and random crashes.

    I’ve been using this app the better part of the year, I’ve accomplished goals I thought I plateaued with my old workouts. I do think running should be some how incorporated to the superhero body regime. Or maybe we can put in how much we’ve run and the app tracks and adjust workouts. Lastly I would love flexibility training incorporated as well. I’ve gotten stronger but I would like my muscle endurance and flexibility challenged and improved As of recent the “0” doesn’t work when I’m changing weight.
