    I really like this app. I think it helps remind me of the times I should be getting ready for bed. It helps to see where dips in energy could be (though I don’t feel this is always accurate). The UI is nice and clean but there is something about it that also feels a bit confusing. I find there is a lot to do and navigate (which is wonderful) but it may not be presented in the best way. I mostly use this in the background for the notifications it gives me. I enjoy the soundscapes it provides for focus or even falling asleep. Definitely would recommend.

    Honestly I am shocked with how good this app is. The onboarding is so smooth and just hooks you with the insights. I felt mine were quite accurate (that being said, I did have a lot of data from my Apple Watch. As someone who works in tech and is hyper-aware of product design the UI is excellent and makes it so easy for the user to set up. The app as a whole is so smooth. I want to see how much I actually use the tools son the next few but it looks so promising.

    I made a trial through the month and finally decided to delete it. Not that the features are not good, but the background activity is killing the battery of my old iPhone 12 Pro. Usually if I have a 90% battery when I go to bed I will end up with ~85% when I wake up. With this app running in the background I will have to put it on charge every night or I will end up with red battery levels. This also hurts daytime performances. There’s way to go for the software engineering in it, but still a good product I wish I could keep.

    I liked this app at first but then noticed I didn’t like it so much it was always telling me I didn’t get enough sleep if you wake up and pick your phone up it thinks your awake for the day and if you decide you don’t want to pay for it you get stuck with a alarm that goes off at set time everyday you can no longer change it unless you pay to get the app back I will be deleting it as it was not very good for me
