Long lag between doorbell ringing and being able to not only see who is there, but also to speak. Very difficult to manage events. Sometimes it records, often it doesn’t. No real support either. Also don’t record when someone took a package off my porch. Why bother having this? Time to cancel

Battery life short have to charge quite often. When you first started this home security was only $3.50 how $19.00

Our Arlo system used to record and keep those recordings on file. We just had someone take something off of our front porch and there is no recording.

Tried everything and constantly going offline. Also constantly taking away features and no longer reliable notifications of movements around the property.

Now there’s total junk can I get anything to upload and always having trouble?

Arlo’s have to be the absolute worst camera I have ever dealt with. Battery is terrible, and if you ever have to remove and reinstall cameras, well good luck with that. The fee they charge is ridiculous. Not even sure what the payment is for. All people looking for security cameras, I would advise you to not use ARLO

I can’t no longer watch my feeds

Run, do not walk, to the nearest exit. Consistent issues with the system going offline or failing to record. Very polite and helpful customer service people walk through the same script every time, I can now regurgitate their script back to them verbatim. And then the issues reoccur. Every single time.
