When I purchased this device 2 years ago, it was the perfect labeled for my needs; spice rack, tea box, storage containers etc. Nothing fancy, just an easy to read, easy to operate labeling system. Now, for some reason, I must sign up for a free trial before I can print?!?! I don’t want the “Pro” version, but the app is insisting that I try it. Needed to labels, so sign up, print, cancel subscription. WHY must it be so complicated?

This app is used to connect to a compact label printer. It used to be free to print. I literally used it in May, and now you have to purchase a subscription. STOP NICKEL AND DIMING US!

Bought the printer and app was free . Now $29 per year to print my annual label or two and all support is written in Chinese

Will no longer allow printing of your labels without a subscription. Totally useless now for those of us who infrequently print labels.

It works great for the printing part but a little hard to navigate through! if I didn’t have to have the app I would not have it!! The only thing I love about it is that there is very little ads I have had this app for 1 year now at-least and only have gotten 2 ads and they both were very short only like 5-10-20 seconds very short!!

This is terrible. When I First bought this printer. I didn’t need to have a trial, so why would I need it now! You should buy things back because now I can’t use this so I think your program sucks

The app was working fine for my simple needs. Then they started offering a “pro” subscription. Annoying but that is tolerable. As of today, it is unusable because you have to start a Pro subscription trial or you can not print. The only way I can find past the payment screen is to start the trial. Maybe this was a mistake and they’ll correct. I’ll give a little time before taking further action.

Useless at the moment! Font size capabilities not adjustable for character input. Needs a quick fix or it’s garbage

I bought a label printer that requires an app to create and print labels. This app is the preferred one. It used to let me create and print anything. Now it seems that over half of the fonts and images are premium (designated by a little pink diamond) and if you use them you have to subscribe.
