It’s just in the adds it showed that the game was so much different and fun then it is and that just bothers me.

I enjoy the game but….. 🤨 When you play a different game and one of the Merge Mansion ads comes up, Merge mansion game will open up on you. I think that is rude and egotistic. I like to play other games too and your game should NOT automatically open on MY I pad. It makes me uncomfortable to play the game now🤨🤨🤨

I’ve been playing for years and paying every month. I’m now in the spy room after being in the closet. These higher levels are making me not want to play anymore. The tasks are consistently involving things that take forever to get (the mosaic and the knitting) over, and over, and over again. Frankly, it’s boring and lazy. If the next room continues to require the same high level objects and things that take forever, I don’t think I’ll stick around. Get creative, make new items, do something other than 20 mosaics, 20 knitting things, and 5 chainsaws.

Took my money for season pass took 12.99 and 5.99 and never gave me my game and I can’t see anyplace I can file a complaint normally would give good rate but stealing my money isn’t cool

When does Maddie enter the mansion? What is the hourglass for?

The new card animation is garbage making the cards stick on the screen for an additional 5 seconds, which is completely unnecessary and irritating. Also, forcing players to move away from the area of the mansion in which they chose to be is BEYOND annoying. Just freaking let people play and stop forcing some stupid agenda. I am about two ticks from deleting this app that has been decreasing in pleasurable play for the past year+ after multiple years of playing this game.

I’ve been playing for a few years, and in that time,they’ve taken away the only event that gives you gems, but made the special events pointless. NOW, with the new, unimproved events, if you don’t or can’t obtain all of the decorations on the first try, you will never, ever, ever be able to play another event that gives you decorations- the game makes you do other events, and you have to get all the way to them, just to get the last couple of pieces of the decorations, so you can move forward with next event. So, to recap: took away only method of earning gems, then forced you to play essentially the same event over and again, or…you can’t move forward. Yay.

Don’t buy season pass.

This game used to be a great little time suck. But then developers took away the “slot machine” feature toward the end of the season pass. Makes purchasing the season pass not worth it at all imo. I’ve noticed I play less and less since that feature has been gone. I don’t think I’ll continue with the season pass anymore, maybe if they bring that feature back I’ll reconsider. When companies get too greedy and we consumers start to see less and less it’s always a bummer.
