  • End Session Option?

    I’ve used Sonos for years now (since V1) For the love of the game, can we not add the option to “end the session”? I’ve been an av integrator for 14 years and more customers ask me about this feature than anything else! Please please add an “end session” option. All we can do is “pause” the session and it just sits there in the app. Then I’ll go to 5 stars!

    Maybe it’s my IT installers but this stuff constantly goes silent while it’s playing and it takes a lot of trial and error to figure out how to get music back on it. Have 5 sound bars throughout house. Same issues with all.

    For such good quality products you would think you want get a great quality app too right? Heck no this app is so bad it took me 3 days to get one speaker connected to the app. How are you going to sell a product and then make it so hard to set it up. If you wanna keep making billions I’m suggesting you make a better app. If I could give zero stars I would, next time maybe review your code to make sure it works before actually releasing a mass used app like this.

    It’s good when it wants to work which is rare because everyday I try to listen to it and it just stops on its own and almost everyday I have to reset the WiFi in the settings cus I can’t even get in the app I even had to stop using the app as my alarm clock

    You’ve ruined the functionality of these excellent products with your app update. 6 year daily user for personal and business, unbelievably unreliable update stealing hours of my and my team’s time and negatively affecting my business.

  • Can’t change name of speaker

    Went to change the name of my speaker and I keep getting a “sign in first” message. Your cloud has no business in my products or configurations.
