    I filled out the questionnaire in the beginning and it then forces you to pay to continue using there is no "free options" like they said it's either you do the free trial and then pay or nothing. They need to be upfront from the very beginning that you need to pay to use this app. They completely wasted my time.

    Nothing like the rain or a bedtime story to help you fall asleep. Oh, and then track your sleep! If you talk in your sleep or you break wind it's gonna tell you 🙃 and then YES it will in fact wake you up as well.

    The questions it asked when I went to set up my profile, tell me that it is not fully evaluating my sleep. Many of the issues that applied to me were not options. Also, it only let you pick one option of things like concerns or issues. It also seems weirdly focused on farting - it made fart sounds or referred to farting several times in the set up.

    I like the huge choice of sounds. I wish the sounds wouldn’t stop after a half hour though. I have to press play again. It doesn’t pick up when I’m awake in the night. It says I was in light sleep. I hope these will be fixed soon.

    This app offered me a seven day free trial. You had to click it several times through several screens and then all of a sudden you get the full price of $59.99 for a year that you think you are signing up for but you get seven day free trial when you click it they charge you the $59.99. Shame on you and I will be disputing it.

    I had used the trial but decided not to use the shut eye. But I did not cancel subscription soon enough and got charged. I had deleted the app as I didn’t plan to use it. However they won’t give me my money back and subscription is good til June 2027. So I decided to go ahead and use it until then. But it won’t let me install app without paying again. I am not paying again so I guess I am just ripped off and paid for something I can’t get.
