This app is useless if you are trying to diagnose issues with your plants. Regardless of what plant I tried to diagnose, it gives me the exact same answer. And the answers are so vague. “You could be over watering or under watering” is no help at all.

It claims to be a free app, but after downloading, stops you to make you choose either a 3 day “free trial” and $9 a week after, a $60 lifetime payment, or you can’t use the app. It should not say free if it’s a “free” download, because then it charges you $9 in 2 days. $36 a month? Ha. No thanks.

How do you cancel this app? There’s no way to do it from the app itself that I’m aware of.

I though I was trying the app for a free trial. I tried the app on pretty common plants in my garden and yard including Lilies, ash tree, oak tree, sedum, hosta and so on. The only thing it got right was ditch lilies. The next thing I discover is a an $8.99 subscription fee for one week of use. Not cool, didn’t work, not pleased.

Tried this app for all of about five minutes. When I downloaded it, it showed taking pictures of plants that were having issues and it giving the advice of what to do. I took a picture and all it wanted to do was tell me what kind of plant it wasand then I had a conversation with a non-human that gave me no opportunity to get help. It just kept telling me there must be some confusion in the question. This app highly misrepresents itself. Don’t waste your time.

I live in south Louisiana, and even though I input the pot size, regular temperature, etc. it gives very inaccurate watering suggestions. I have to water my plants daily to prevent wilting, meanwhile this suggested I water nearly all of them once a week. I wanted a refund for my yearly subscription, to which I found no customer support at all. Only an A.I. that basically told me “sorry about your luck, good luck with your plants.” There is no advantage I’ve found to using this app at all.

I tried having my plant diagnosed and it was no where close to the truth. I used the free trial then cancelled but it proceeded to charge me twice even after cancelling!

All your app does is says need more water. My plants are doing great. Your app is wrong. Please refund me my money Thank you Linda

I was charged for free trial that I immediately canceled after downloading. I requested a refund and was denied. The app could not also identify my plant and gave me several wrong answers.

This app just tried to charge all my cards about 16 times. I received a refund for this app and it keeps trying charge my card it’s not on my phone another nor am I subscribed at this point I’m reporting this app for scam well take further action if needed
