for real…. we have to use your app so you get to sell our data to make even MORE money just to watch postgame interviews?? 100% predatory behavior from a team LAST on the central gouging it’s fan base at every turn….. LOOK at the review star stats….. you’ve been ratioed… fix this trash and fire boog while you’re at it.

I keep getting errors that no videos will play even though I’m signed into a paid subscription. Has been happening on multiple devices. Exchanged multiple emails with Marquee support only for them to have no idea how to fix it other than: ” Since we already tried to troubleshoot your concern and it still not working, kindly contact App store to check the status of your subscription.” Reinstalling the app doesn’t work, signing back in doesn’t work. My subscription is not expired. All apple support suggested was to get a refund. So no one knows how to fix the problem. So I guess my account is just toast forever. Extremely frustrating.

Make this app work. All I get is the spinning wheel of pain. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Just spinning. July 2, 2024 - paid subscription June 28, 2024 but can’t watch Cubs game because my account does not have access to that content. No chat or phone support available, just email. What a pain!

Marquee has to get their service figured out. Charge a premium for the service but interruptions and gaps in service are very noticeable compared to other streaming services. Quite the monopoly they have going. Expect this quality from a lower premium service but not expected based on the price. Most likely will not be a long term customer.

You can tell they put no work into it. The format is terrible. The controls are as if a 3 year old designed them. During games, you will be significantly behind real time and then if you click live and it jumps forward, you can’t rewind properly. Needs a lot of work, although they should start over from the beginning, because there’s nothing done right with this version. Cont. - just gunna keep adding to this. It is an un-usable app. Really truly makes you wonder who designed it? How does this person have a job in this field? Below 1 star. Update: It is still the worst streaming app I’ve ever used. They’ve done nothing to fix anything.

We are paying good money for this subscription, please allow us to record games so we can watch them later if we’re busy, if we pause the game there should be a “10 seconds forward button” instead of just a “live” button, and also allow us to pause a game and not have the pause expire after 10 minutes. Please make those changes so all of us who pay good money and are Cubs fans have a better experience!

Been a fan forever!!! I even volunteer usher at Sloan for spring training. But I’m back in Chicago and cannot get this app to work so I can watch a game. Maybe Marquee should stick to baseball and let a real broadcaster handle the broadcast

I haven’t been able to watch the Cubs in years because of blackout rules. I was excited for the streaming option despite the high cost. I have Apple tv’s. Every time I try to turn a game on, it won’t work. I have to delete the app, then re-install the app, then sign back in. Also it doesn’t function like every other app. You have to close out the entire program to get back to the Home Screen. Far inferior usability compared to every other streaming platform I have seen.

I really wish it would play in background using picture in picture. YouTube tv app does this perfectly where I can continue watching while I'm in other apps. Right now if I go to respond to a message the video just stops.

Just timed it. The game on the app on my phone is 9 minutes, 39 seconds ahead of the game on my AppleTV. The app was the one that got me off cable TV. For the price, though, I’d like to see the game in as close to real time as possible.
