    I needed a booking app that gave me protection from client no shows and cancellations. Booksy makes it easy for clients to self book and inform clients the importance of keeping or rescheduling their appointments. My only hiccup with the app is there is no option for end of day direct deposit into my link banking account under their minimum amount.

    The app works fine t time but I do have a lot of clients having problems booking with the app. Most clients do not like having to download another app to use booksy to book an appointment.

    The recent update for the box Day/Week/Month was perfect the way it was before and you had to mess with it and now screw up my whole calendar! I hate the drop down box! It was easier before when I could just click the Week option which is what I mostly use. Now I have an extra step of a drop down box. Worse design ever! Yes, give us an extra step to use up our time! Now the heading for the days of the week don’t match the column of days! Every time you do an update it messes up my whole calendar! I miss GenBook! It was so simple to use and I never had an update issue!

    Booksy has helped my business tremendously. The fees are pretty high, but overall it’s worth it. My business Naked Truth has gained more clients and I’m associate status on Booksy, my level up is happening fast & im appreciative of the platform. They are the best booking app for stylist thus far. I love that I’m able to require a percentage of the service prior to ensure my time is not wasted for no shows.

    The app and format is more useful than the phone version but at the inconvenience of always being signed out of the app every time I close it. Such an annoying problem almost makes it inconvenient to use this over the phone Hope this issue is fixed soon
  • Support Lacking

    I really like using this app to manage my clients, calendar, etc. However, when it comes to support, there is a lot to be desired. I spoke with one person the week I started using the app; he introduced himself as my contact should I need any help. Well, I’ve never been able to get any assistance. Now I’m having some issues with the app and have been trying for days to get some support!
