    The app is good. Especially for people who don’t know a ton of stretches on their own But… As someone who uses Apple health a lot, this app will randomly show that I worked out for 94 hours in one day, and say that I burned 9000 calories and it messes up all my numbers really badly.

    The timed part has really helped me. When the stretches are timed I am staying in them longer than I would if I was stretching on my own and that is what has increased my flexibility!

    I was so excited to find an app specifically for stretching. But then was extremely disappointed to find that pretty much everything is behind a pay wall. I cant afford yet another subscription. Not many can. Will be deleting app sadly.
