    First noticed I could not sign on the web version or app- then checked my credit card and had FOUR pending charges for a 15.19 trial. Which all renewed w membership. Got no final review of charges , no final invoice or receipt. After much back and forth they sent screen shots - in another currency- saying I had agreed to the addons. I never saw those screen shots nor would have agreed to them. Slippery, sketchy business that is not easy to cancel out of. I couldn’t even access my account to cancel! I wasted hours on this today and was left feeling like it’s just one big scam.

    Advertised 99 cents for a trial week. When I paid it switched to $6.93 for the week. I contacted customer support, basically told to kick rocks. Best part? Slide two wanted more money for training books. Thought their site was for training.

    I’m just starting out. It’s not my dog It’s worried about here it’s me. I’m 66 and he is 3 and I am just not seeing me being able to do this right for him.

    I have tried to get a hold of support services and get them to stop charging my credit card. Service has been cancelled and they are still charging me. Company sucks
