I do like this application it does what it says

There is always an issue with VPN. Customer support was never helpful. Issue was never resolved. For the annual price of $199.00 a year, it wasn’t worth the price.

Nice central location to lock my credit, monitor & protect. Since using it I’ve increased my credit score by nearly 100 points.

This service literally doesn't work. I was Unable to activate credit monitoring kept getting "something went wrong on our end" error. Same when trying to link my bank account. I reached out to online customer service twice. No support agent ever responded. There was no option to cancel on the app. Luckily I found an active 800# and cancelled my free trial. If they can't even activate a new account why would I trust them to actively monitor security for me?

My husband and I signed up with Aura about two years ago. It was the best decision that we made. Especially when blocking scammers and unwanted callers. You won’t regret adding this secured protection in your life.

I started with the 14 day free trial & my card got charged the next day. Yesterday I entered my 2nd phone number which a very limited number of family actually has (but used to belong to someone else) today got not only a scam call but my address was attached to it!! Seems Aura is the data breach. NOT recommended to purchase this. Nothing but issues

The one on one customer service is on par excellent. They really helped me to understand and how to navigate this app.

Trust me if you’re an adult trying to get this app for your kid don’t buy it. They’re gonna hate you for the rest of their life giving them screen time when they’re over the age of 13 is a little absurd. Let’s be honest and it just proves that you don’t trust them I promise you this just defeats the whole purpose of a phone anything by buying this app please stay strong soldiers
