  • The absolute WORST IP ever

Why even have a company if you are gonna put out a pathetic internet provider. "Blazing" is so trash DON'T EVER GET THIS! If I could give this a 0 star I would.
  • If possible avoid getting this.

You pay $55 dollars a month for internet that can’t keep up with any video games. Only reason to get it is if your in tech school. After that, switch to an actually service provider that works.

  • Forced to buy it

    By IDontLikeBoingo
We all know it’s bad As the only available option on military bases effectively controlling a monopoly, Boingo is able to get away with providing horrible internet connection for outrages prices, with us having no other choice than to fork up the cash and deal with poor service. I spend 50% of my time online loading videos and the other half actually watching videos. I would not recommend Boingo.
  • If I could leave no stars I would.

Crazy how they say the same response everything. You guys haven’t worked on anything. Absolutely ridiculous how you guys are still a company. WiFi is top tier garbage, can’t play any games or watch a video without it buffering for minutes on end. Getting new wifi this weekend from spectrum because THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING! Hope you guys get zero business in the near future.
  • Like what is this?

If for some reason you call or talk to someone about WiFi being down and they tell you they are working on it.. 9/10 they probably aren’t. WiFi has been down for multiple days and I’ve had been given multiple different answers at this point I don’t believe they are doing anything
  • Just not that good

  • Absolutely Terrible

Rob’s service members. Extremely expensive and rarely works.
  • Fraudulent. Does not care about the troops.

They deactivated my account after I requested a refund and cancellation for no wifi service. I am reporting for fraud as they have charged me without giving full service that was promised. I have emails and the ticket as proof. Do not use this service. They will charge you then give you no internet or constant disconnections, and will block your device from their network. Will have to contact bank to get a refund or put a stop payment because I was not given what was promised. Please consider getting a wifi puck or if you are on a post that has wifi hookups( i.e. JBLM has xfinity hookups where you can essentially buy your own modem). This company does not support troops and will take advantage of us.
  • Military quality

    By adjoiningchimp6
The military is doing what it does best and provides a third party with a complete monopoly on your WiFi and this is the result you get. This service is severely overpriced for the quality you get, have fun losing connection every five minutes trying to do literally anything.
