This app is a joke. It’s a cookie cutter copy and paste program. They only want to help you if you want to shill out $1,000 a month on personal coaching. Chris isn’t even involved with this app! Stop wasting your money on these bums!
It’s good but needs work

I have limited equipment (free weights and a squat rack with a pulley). Almost all the leg day exercises rely on expensive machines. If you swap exercises, you’re only left with squats or goblet squats. So essentially leg day is 19 sets of squats 😂 Also when you swap certain things that are labeled as “♾️” and you swap them because u don’t have that machine, the reps and tempo will stay at infinity I swapped leg raises with ab crunches and it did this. Not sure if that’s by design. Finally when you swap out an exercise with something else it only gives you three ish options. Then suggests “similar exercises” which are not even the same muscle group. It always starts with -35 degree neutral grip something. It looks like it’s just abc order. It would be better if it listed the similar exercises based on the closest muscle groups to be worked that are actually similar. Also when you extract the data of the workouts it would be helpful if it broke it down into a excel or spreadsheet or some other infographic that shows the reps, sets, weights and notes so I can analyze and compare. I usually plug em into an ai to give me more data. The way it outputs rn looks cool for an ig post but not really helpful for comparing and analyzing individual sets week to week. The food logging is nice. I wish it had more stats like the other nutrition app everyone uses such as weekly food intake broken down by macros, calories, averages etc. Not sure if this isn’t there because I’m on my first week (free trail period) and the data isn’t there yet or not. The only options I have are to see that I logged food for that calendar day. That’s it. Anyway, not sure if I continue the app or just stick to iNotes logs and the other macro pal app.
Awesome

Previously felt like the app was a battery drainer. After update, seems to use very little battery. Feel like this program has been kicking my butt, seeing great progress!
Love it

Love the app but since the last update it about makes my phone overheat and kills my battery. Wasn’t doing that beforehand.
The best value out there!

This app is amazing and it keeps getting better and better. The developers listen and make changes. It’s a one-stop shop app. Training, nutrition all in one. I highly recommend this app! Best team out there!

My honest opinion on this app, is that it’s great. Having a degree in kinesiology already then finding this app that helps me target muscle groups that I struggled with is great!
