Spam app. Loss access to my doordashing capability and couldn’t even delete the account without having to pay

This app guaranteed me a 7 day free trial and then charged me $129.00 6 days in. I contacted them and they said they don’t handle refunds??? Plus there isn’t even an option for a $129.00 subscription on their plan sheet. Hopefully I get my refund and not have to take legal action.

I read so many bad reviews and god I should have before hand. Don’t make your account. To even delete your account it is a huge process. Not worth it. Always! Read! Reviews! First!

Initially, I thought this was a great app to be able to help gig workers, but soon it became very apparent that they would put the items in that were convenient for them. Recommendations are sent in with Response or it is responded but never completed. This is a very limited app. You either go with the flow or you need to find another app. They are just simply downloading reports from Lyft and or Uber. Look at all your apps before you purchase.

This app caused severe glitching and malfunctioning with both DoorDash and Instacart it cost me an hour worth of pay! Probably stole my information as well. I have a newer iPhone so it should not Gabe happened. When I uninstalled Solo all my apps worked again. Do not install!

There is a pay wall right out the gate just to scroll the app and see all the features before you can get anywhere. Talk about Fort Knox before one can even be sold on using the app. What a joke to expect someone to sign up immediately for the free trial before even getting anywhere is like expecting a cash tip upfront before the service is performed. Please rethink that approach devs. It’s the wrong mindset to have when marketing. The other issue I have is that via the little bit I *could* see under the schedule tab, this app is not fully functional for my current market so again… why would I want to pay full price for an app that I am not able to equally use app the features for my 80k+ people city?

I thought the app was gonna be able to recommend the best times to dash. It goes purely off your own dashing data so its just not worth it. Its not gonna tell you anything you don’t know besides tracking miles which isnt that great if a perk for 120 bucks a month. They also try to upsell you in the app regarding taxes.

It does not let you see the app before purchase you have to sign up to even check it out

Overall, I like it, but what I absolutely do not like aesthetic keeps kicking me out of Instacart, forcing me to log back in.

I don’t get the purpose of this app, yeah it keeps track of my income and expenses, but $20 a month that’s outrageous, I’m better off doing the math my self and putting everything in my own bank account, and OH MY GOD!!! ITS FLIPPING FREE TO DO SO!!!
