I think they deleted my review so I am writing jt again. I’d rather choose another camera because their app is horrible. It frequently doesn’t load the video at the time I need to check on my baby, so it is really frustrating to use.

I hate this app and this stupid camera. Never works or connects to phone

I have had this camera for five years now and it has never worked well for me. It works just fine on my husband's android, but it takes forever to load on my iPhone. Half the time it will not even load! It is so so frustrating, I don't know why we got it.

The number of times this camera disconnects and either the app or the camera its self needs to be reset would be comical if it wasn’t so infuriating. Camera wouldn’t connect for days, so I finally went ahead and tried resetting it, now I can’t set it up again, it won’t complete the pairing process. Great when it works, but not worth the trouble.

My husband and I love this sock! After spending some time with the NICU, this purchase was non-negotiable. I wish there were more visuals, I wish I was able to lock my phone and still see the BPM’s or oxygen level levels or on the widget app on my home screen still see the same information. I don’t wanna add or edit nap sessions. I have a separate monitor propped up every night and then I have my phone set up right next to it with the owlet app open and after a certain amount of time when my phone goes dark I can no longer see his BPM‘s or oxygen levels. But I can still hear him on the monitor. I would love something on the lock screen, more options on the Home Screen/night mode widgets ❤️ visuals are everything

I love this sock, it helps ease my crazy mind and thinking something will happen while i’m asleep. I’ve only had 1 false alarm, it definitely scared me but knowing that it works makes me feel better. I only wish that I could rock my baby to sleep without the alarm going off that it can’t get a reading. And the camera, i wish it wasn’t so delayed so i know what’s happening at that moment. Other than that it’s amazing and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Has issues connecting to new WiFi

Our owlet monitor warned us when our son stopped breathing and allowed us to act quickly preventing any possibility of SIDS.

We have been using this app since our daughter was born in May. For the most part it works as it should but we have noticed a few irritating bugs. 1. When you receive a notification for sound/motion detection, once that is clicked on and the Owlet app opens back up, the camera feed will not display. The red light on the camera turns on as if it is actively recording but in the app, the loading circle just spins forever. Both my husband and I have to close out the app and open it back up for the camera feed to display. This is quite annoying to do because I should be able to click on the motion detection notification and it show the camera feed 2. If you are viewing the live camera footage while wearing headphones/airpods and click on the mic to turn it on and talk, it automatically shuts off the sound on the app while you’re talking. Totally fine except when you turn the mic off and the sound back on, it plays through the phone speakers not your headphones/airpods.

It’s great when the app actually works but recently the connection has been horrible and nothing I do fixes it. After the last update my camera hasn’t loaded once. Very frustrating
