TikTok Shop Seller Center

Our experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Our shop was closed for allegedly failing to fulfill customer orders, even though every order placed through TikTok Shop was properly fulfilled, shipped, and marked as delivered to the customer. We have submitted multiple appeals and provided extensive proof showing that the orders were completed successfully. This proof included tracking information, delivery confirmations, order records, shipping documentation, and screenshots from the Seller Center. Despite providing more than enough evidence, our appeals have repeatedly been denied or closed without a clear explanation of what information was supposedly missing. The most frustrating part is the lack of meaningful customer support. Each time we attempt to resolve the issue, it feels like we receive an automated or copied response rather than having the evidence reviewed by an actual person. We have asked multiple times for someone to manually investigate our account and explain exactly which orders were considered unfulfilled. We have not received a direct answer. As a small business, we take order fulfillment and customer service very seriously. We spend time and money purchasing inventory, packaging orders, printing labels, and making sure customers receive their purchases. Being accused of not fulfilling orders when the tracking information clearly shows delivery is unfair and damaging to our business. We understand that TikTok Shop needs policies to protect customers and prevent fraudulent sellers. However, those policies should also protect legitimate businesses from incorrect enforcement decisions. Sellers should have access to a fair appeal process where documents are actually reviewed, questions are answered, and account closures are supported by specific evidence. We have made several attempts to reopen our shop and have submitted every form of proof available to us. At this point, it feels like there is no real path to resolution. We are being punished for orders that were fulfilled and delivered, while being given no opportunity to speak with someone who can properly review the situation. TikTok Shop has the potential to be a great platform for small businesses, but the Seller Center support and appeal process need major improvements. Automated responses are not enough when a business account, income, and reputation are at risk. We are requesting a proper manual review of our shop, including the tracking and delivery records for every order in question. Until TikTok Shop provides sellers with transparent decisions, responsive support, and a fair appeal process, I cannot recommend the platform to other small business owners. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, lost sales, and damage to a business that fulfilled every order it received.

I recently decided to try to use TikTok shop and run ancient for specific items. My goal is to do TikTok shop affiliate and just promote items but because I don’t have the followers necessary to do that and there’s no other guidance on how to become a TikTok shop affiliate until I reach those followers. I have been trying to set up items in the Tiktok shop. Do you even find one that I can get to go through is ridiculous then I found that I can just do a temporary listing, but I don’t have the button for a temporary listing so the whole thing is just a mess and there should be a way to fix it so you can get the temporary listing item to show up

This app is not seller friendly. It is difficult to navigate and find things as well as receive clarification on topics.

As a small business owner, this app makes it so easy to manage my TikTok Shop from anywhere. I can process orders, answer customer messages, update listings, and track my sales right from my phone. It’s been a game changer for running my store while juggling everything else. Highly recommend it to any seller!
