so mid, entry level af overpriced cant search by music and half the time it glitches! wont renew sub.

came back from vacation with sooo many random videos and finally made them into one cute reel 🥹

Tried the free trail and then they charged me for the premium without letting me know, which on the app , it said it would notify me before my trail ended. $75 gone for an app I don’t use. I find it very limiting in what you can create as all the templates are already done. Then Apple refuses to refund me for an app I tried and didn’t like. Highly disappointed. The short clips and templates don’t come out right and there is no guidance on how to make the templates work and improve the videos

Just say the price up front

I downloaded this app and was going to use the free three day trial, but I figured out in about two hours that it’s not the app that I was needing so the next morning less than three days trial, I deleted the app and canceled the subscription so that it wouldn’t charge me because the app was not what I needed and now it has frozen me out of getting any apps. I’m not sure what is going on, but basically it’s saying that my next subscription will renew in one year like I bought it, but I did not!

Not good templates

Amazing app. It makes collaging so much fun and so easy. I finally have a place to put all of my extra pictures and make them fun.

This app is awful! You can’t change anything and help us not available. I tried twice, spending an hour each time, and couldn’t accomplish anything! It took three days for help to get back to me asking for screenshots. Then, a week later, an email came saying I could get a refund from Apple. They would not. The free Instagram Edits is much better than Muse. PS… Per the remarks from the company: even if they don’t see my email at the beginning, they didn’t respond to the additional information and screenshots I sent! I find it really interesting that the useless reply didn’t come until the week of my free trial expired.

The carousel templates are probably my favorite feature. Makes my travel posts look so much more organized.
