    I have been trying to log in for hours. I set, reset, and am in a circular pattern. This is more than frustrating?

    You can’t even log in! The rep who set up my acct did not provide me a pin. After tracking them down, they told me what the pin is SUPPOSED TO BE, only it doesn’t work. 15 different representatives tried to assist and told me to request a new passcode they the app. It sends a code in text message to the phone, but every time I enter the passcode sent, there’s an error. I have YET to be able to log in and check anything on my acct. They need to hire tech support for just the app—bc it needs help and they don’t have anyone tech savvy enough to resolve the issues

    The app loads, but you can never sign in no matter how many times you try. For being user-friendly, it needs to be completely redone as I can’t access my own account through the app. I have to log onto the AT&T website to access my account.

    Why is it that a “communication” company is so bad a communication? I have tried for decades to provide constructive criticism. This company may be beyond help. This “app” is a singular proof out of many. I canceled my last account today. Free at last.

    Annoying attempt getting the correct department different password make it very frustrating. Why can’t one department handle all AT&T accounts this is America make it great…..

    The passcode that we were sent doesn’t work. Tried three times with each code. Said there was a problem. I can’t pay the bill other than driving 50 miles to nearest store.

    I can’t get the speed promised and after now two attempts to fix I’m told I need a range extender. That’s a bunch of hooey here is what happens. Slow the speed at the source and sell an extender.
