Great app for being accountable but there always issues with the VPN, that always causes connection issues. From my understanding, this has been going on for years with people voicing their concerns. Review would be higher if they fix this issue.

The VPN will constantly fail and won’t allow me to use cellular data for any app including the covenant eyes browser. I have to manually reset it which will allow internet to work for safari and covenant eyes browser briefly but usually doesn’t fix the issue with any of my other apps.

Shameful how much they charge per month! God can help, for only $18.99 per month!!!!

Couple things… 1. Please find another way to notify about the safari extension… whenever the VPN fails (which it does intermittently) the safari extension freaks out. I prefer to not have safari which means I can’t get the “please add extension” thing to go away unless I get safari again. Also every confirmation process is like 5 clicks and not super user friendly. I’d rather not be bugged about that all the time. 2. Many websites will not recognize the browser as up to date or trusted… so there’s normal things I can’t do in the browser. Websites will say my browser is outdated, please use chrome or safari… 3. The VPN freezes up or fails or something causing me to not use any internet until I reset the VPN. Which it typically works after that but it’s just a hassle to manually do. I can only reset it by deleting the VPN and resetting it up via the CE app. It also seems kind of slow, but might just be the nature of the VPN… App is useful in theory to fix the issues but could be so much better in a few practical ways.

Since installing app my data speeds have drastically reduced. I can not listen to podcasts or YouTube videos. My apps that require data won’t load. This app adds additional stress by greatly reducing your devices overall functionality

Will have to cancel the subscription and take business elsewhere. I contacted customer support and they kept asking me to do this and do that to my partners phone and every time I would do it nothing would work. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and nothing worked. I kept informing customer support that the phone was still not working and all they said was to reach out from the device that wasn’t working. Overall, there was no resolution and it seems unnecessary to have to reach out directly from the device when I did all the necessary steps they asked me to take. Seems this has happened to other people as well but clearly they don’t care.

The IPN doesn’t work through my work WiFi and 50/50 through my data. But most importantly my wife is not receiving my internet history.

The app does what it’s supposed to, however when it locks up and blocks all cell service and WiFi functionality daily it gets really frustrating. After deleting the app and reinstalling it works again. Until the next day. How are you supposed to have true accountability and let someone lock you from deleting the app if you have to delete it daily? I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

App stops working and phone is useless 90% of the day. I miss most of work calls.
