    I am frustrated with this app, I have been using for about 2months. One day it just stopped working. I couldn’t text or call and vice versa. I was using it for my work now everything is gone. I emailed support but only get a chatbot reply. You guys better fix it asap.

    They never tell you that you have to buy the upgrade package just to view verification codes until (conveniently) after you get your first verification code. Bait and switch. Just be upfront and tell me that your “free” product is basically worthless until I pay your price. Your deception is the difference between a one star and a four or five star.. sorry

    My account has locked me out for days I keeps sending help desk messages - am I blocked or something because I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still nothing - it’s connected to my Apple ID and won’t login or let me reset password I also can’t make a new account says too many accounts active

    At first all went well and normal. Started my business and decided to use textfree as a business phone number. All went well until one day i wasnt able to message anyone because of some error, so i reached out to support and never heard back from them so i read some things I COULD DO MYSELF…such as logging out..Big mistake because as soon as i did i was locked out of my account or banned and could not log in. Reached out to support AGAIN about the issue no response. There was no warning, no explanation why this all happened and NO RESPONSE. They dont even have a live chat or a phone number to talk to anyone. They say response time is 1 to 2 hours, its been 5 days and 4 different emails i sent. That is unacceptable and because of their error i missed a couple of potential paying customers. I would give negative stars if i could. Do not use this company or any other phone service on the app for that matter. You are better off paying $50 a month for another line for business or personal at tmobile or something. At least you will be able to get help when something goes wrong.

    Hello, I recently noticed that I’m not getting my text messages through email as of 11/1/2024 is there a reason why? I signed up for this account and no one absolutely no one should be getting a copy of my text message through this application or via email because I never gave anyone permission nor was I given a subpoena. How does someone know if this app was added on multiple people devices with your user ID and passwords especially if your changing password every couple week?

    I needed to send a verification code to my number but I have text free it said I had to pay to see the verification code I only rated 3 stars because on Wi-Fi it can call and text

    Customer support is terrible. Paid for years to have a permanent number and I have been locked out for almost 2 weeks. Keep being told someone will contact me but no one ever has
