    The app hardly works, and there is lots of buffering. It's impossible to wind rewind.

    This is the worst streaming app I’ve ever used. It quits the first time I open the app, then I have to login multiple times once I’m finally able to get it to stay open. The search feature won’t work or it’s incredibly slow.

  • Hooray for the new Hallmark+

    I really love the changes Hallmark has made to their streaming platform and the new holiday content has been amazing. I have high hopes for its continued growth and development. My one ask is that they add picture-in-picture functionality. I use it so much on other streaming services to be able to do things like answer a text without disrupting the watching experience. I would use Hallmark+ even more if it had PIP.

  • Hallmark TV app is non functional

    The original App for Samsung TV functioned well, the last two revisions buffer / freeze and lock up on a 250 MB/s connection. Been about a month now - no response. Likely just cancel Hallmark and watch the trusty you tube app which continues to work flawlessly.

    If you can get Hallmark+ through your cable provider - or by any means other than this app - so. The most frustrating thing is the rewind and fast forward controls. Clicking for a 10 second rewind or forward might move your location by 20 minutes. There is no consistency on how it will respond. Also, there is an excessive amount of latency. The app responds to commands roughly 3-4 seconds after the fact. The latency also causes blurred images that persist for several seconds, ultimately a minute. It is obvious that this app was not ready to be rolled out and probably needs a complete rebuild.

    I have to log out and back in often. The constant freezing when you are watching a movie is very annoying.

  • App doesn’t work on Vizio Tv

    The app is available on my Vizio tv, however, all it does it show the purple load screen and that’s it. It has yet to do anything other than that. It works fine on my iPhone but can be slow. I can’t even cast to my Vizio, it just loads. Was able to successfully do it the very first time and only that time. Never worked again. Disappointed for sure. Will not be renewing.

  • Slow to navigate and bad content availability

    Navigating the app is slow and tedious because if you select a movie description and then go back, you start over at the top of a fresh page so going through collections take forever. No new release Christmas movies just feels like a scam and I wouldn’t have paid for even one month if I thought that would be the case.

    The app would be a ton better if it didn’t have so many glitches. You can’t skip back while watching a show. It instead skips way back and it is hard to fast forward to where you were. Many of the movies have a hard time loading. It takes forever.
