    I love Hallmark+ but PLEASE, I’m begging, fix the app so I don’t have to log in every day. I literally watch something every day. Why do I have to sign in on the same device every single day? While you’re at it, please make it so that we can exit from a show easily. One last request: let us rate the movies and/or give us a way to know if we’ve seen a movie or not. A simple thumbs up or down button or stars… something. Is Hallmark+ adding ADS to the app now?? I had an ad for Hallmark cards playing over the beginning of my episode of The Way Home today! Twice! Not before but OVER the show. TWICE. There was no way to exit either. So frustrating.

    What a sham. This app stopped working on LG TV C9. When escalated they basically didn’t care. Watching on Apple TV 4K, it takes over a minute to load. When you stream movies they constantly buffer. I have over 1gbps of internet speed so it’s not my connection since it’s the same experience on a tcl tv. They charge so much for this app yet do no development on it. Horrible.

    One of the worst apps to watch. Shows and movies will just stop for no reason and go back to the main screen, then error out “oops.” Series will not move to the next episode but will error out. Every error ends with an “Oops” screen that usually locks up as well. Truly a horrible app.

    I wanted to watch a few minutes of a show before bed but didn’t want to have to sit through a two minute ad first. I won’t be renewing my subscription when it ends.

  • Glitchy but great content

    I love the shows and movies but the app is glitchy. It won’t work on my TV. When I load a show it starts playing but a preview plays over it so I hear both at the same time. Disappointing because I’d be happy to watch both. Reviewing in hopes of improvement.

    Bad sound. I stopped using the app because the sound was so garbled and bad. And now I can’t get any sound streaming. YouTube is fine so it isn’t my iPad.

  • Continue Watching Glitches

    Shows are great! However, the “continue watching” section is a complete wreck! Shows appear in this area randomly and I can’t get rid of them. Plus, you have to edit that part on a laptop or computer only, which only adds to the hassle. I go through all the steps, and the shows still are not removed. Their tech support is confusing. I wish they’d fix these glitches. But especially, that they’d make that “continue watching” section easier and user friendly.

    The new ads playing in between what I really want to watch is screwing up my shows. It plays both the ad and my show and you can’t hear or understand either one. UNDO or REVERT please **why am I seeing ads for an app I already pay for? Just play my shows and stop the ads please.

    Horrible to navigate, constantly freezes/ kicks you out. I don’t have cable and pay for multiple apps. No show they have is worth the hassle. This is BY FAR the worst streaming app out there!!!!!!
