So, I read that live games need a TV provider, but how come you can’t make a product that does not need a provider. Please provide what we want and your subscriptions will go through the roof.

I could not even get a hold of a customer service representative who had an idea of what to do. Took my email info and never responded. I just lost my fee for 9 months of service as there is no refund or any way to get money back from Apple. What a scam!! Tanman 1369 5/31/2024

Trying to sign up and multiple menus don’t load or are unresponsive. I can deal with paying for a subscription but the poorly designed app is beyond frustrating and off putting.

Decent team selection I purchased the annual membership which is good but they need to fix there connection with Roku and their apps besides that great app

Pay $17 for a headache every time you want to watch a game! Pathetic is an understatement. Not even just the App but the whole network.

Paid for the subscription ( have receipts). I have never even been able to log in. Literally paid $15 and the app says “user email does not exist”. My credit card number certainly existed immediately for the purchase! They have a no refund policy but i never even received 10seconds of service. I will test the waters for this THEFT..

Tried to watch wrestling championships. No finals coverage and terrible scoring updates. Save your money

This app has significant challenges recognizing live and paid for subscriptions. Each and every time I attempt to access the subscription I paid for, I’m told I need to resubscribe. And when I attempt to resubscribe, I’m told I already have this subscription - which brings me back to the beginning where I start the journey all over again. Net, net…there seems to be no way to access the subscriptions I’ve paid for through the app.

Can only watch the one school you have a “subscription” for. Today tried to see what it would take to add access for another school and it says “not available”. Can’t watch anything on this app!! Brutal

Downloaded to watch Iowa games and could not do it even after adding the Iowa option. Nowhere can you find the information that would let you know the app is worthless for live games. Very upset that I just paid $25.00 for nothing! Don't waste your time on this app
