You spend so much money chasing the three Symbols for a bonus and they never come. Also on blackjack the dealer almost always has a face card and gets more blackjacks than the players. I am a long time player and have seen the law situations play out time after time. Also, Texas holdem takes too long too play. Players never hit the fold button. Can you do something about this? I spend a significant amount of money on this game, and I have a few recommendations that I believe would improve the experience for higher-level and more active players. One major improvement would be offering higher-cost ticket games with substantially larger payouts, potentially reaching the 1,000- or even 10,000-ticket range. I currently have around 90,000 tickets, and it takes an extremely long time to use them when the maximum wager is only 40 tickets at a time. I would also like to see jackpots and bonus features triggered more frequently, especially for players who are wagering heavily. Losing 20 billion chips in roughly an hour without seeing meaningful bonuses or jackpots is extremely frustrating and makes the overall experience feel unrewarding. For players who spend a considerable amount of money and time on the game, having higher-stakes ticket options, better payout opportunities, and a more balanced frequency of jackpots and bonuses would make the game much more enjoyable and provide better value for continued play.

Long time user of this app. Used to be a full blown casino with slots, blackjack, poker, roulette, etc. But the stopped investing in the table games interface and then just completely dropped them so now it’s just slots. The slots interface is great, plenty of slots to choose from, BUT the slots don’t pay as well as they used to. Agree with others that this app has more ways to get free coins BUT it also has a ridiculous amount of pop ups to get you to buy coins with latest sale.

Played bigfish for years. Slots get tighter and tighter. They just want to sell you chips. Even a former BF developer admitted that this game is designed for you to lose. Go get your dopamine elsewhere.

I notice they have my Nickname so they know who to block or throw out!! This is the WORST place to play slots. NO real money. Spending money they call it on a license. It used to be fun and you could afford to spend some and enjoy yourself. Not anymore. VERY expensive! No where to write in anymore. This is the only forum I could find. Way too expensive. I had a much longer one and had to take care of an emergency and lost it. I’m not understanding why you want to break everyone financially!!

I’ve been playing this game for over 15 years. It used to be fun but now it’s impossible to win. I refuse to spend real money buying chips I’ll lose quickly.
