Best invoice maker known to man..!

Have been with this company for 10 years. About 2 to 4 times a year; I have to remove the app and reinstall it. When there are problems or if I have questions-I would find better help calling Dominos pizza than Invoice2go. People obviously dont care about the very people who are paying their bills. Basically, if you have an issue you need to spend 12 hours trying to Find it on the app. They dont give out phone numbers here as Why should i be able to call and ask questions and get issues resolved? It cost money to hire people so….lets make people spend all day searching for answers on the app. Im dont dealing with robots…

I know have to enter a code everytime I log in because of there amazing 2-factor authentification. Completely useless and a complete waste of my time. When my secretary logs in to check on invoice status she has to text me to send her this code. I have spoke to Invoice2go and told them that no one in the world is looking to steal my estimates or invoices but they say it can not be turned off. I have been a user for many years but I will be leaving soon.

This app is a cash flow killer for businesses if you accept their card payment policies.

Do not use. They will close your account with no reasoning and you’ll never get your information back. Stay away from this company look at their BBB THEY HAVE A ONE STAR REVIEW.

Can’t talk to anyone, they will only email you back. Can only integrate their payment methods which have zero oversight. (No control panel that shows you what/where/when your money will come through. Least worst option for now. Sadly.

I signed up for the $10 a month plan, and as soon as I wrote 5 invoices the app price went to $40 a month!! Lol!! I am canceling it this week as soon as my last invoice is paid. Gordon
