Can’t get Microsoft Outlook to sync due to Apple software. Very disappointed with Apple.

I tried to hang in there and not be another old fashioned person not giving AI assisted software a chance. Then I could no longer open files for work, like I have been doing for years. Click on them, and then AI reads them & summarizes them. I need them to open for editing. 365 used to be a great tool for having the Microsoft suite in one place at a click. It kept interrupting my work to get me to switch to a different app. Made it easy to delete copilot and switch back to the old way.

Inconsistent data especially when resuming after long breaks: Difficulty following request and poor generation of pictures which often does not fit in frames and misspelled words or unfrequented use of other languages.
  • Not a Document App, Just a useless AI

I used to be able to edit my word documents and PowerPoint presentations in this app but now, they want to push this useless AI onto us and now, I have to download word and PowerPoint separately just to get work done on my IPad. The only function of this app is a useless AI.

I use Copilot almost daily. It is progressively getting better. I like where Microsoft is headed with AI’s integration across 365. It is clunky and not fully developed yet. I’d also love to see some comprehensive training and micro-learning opportunities from MS. Most of us are still trying to figure out the basics and need guidance on how to best utilize copilot.

Why do I even need another Copilot? There’s already a Copilot app — what’s the point of launching a new “M365 Copilot” while stripping out all the Office functionality we actually use? It feels like Microsoft keeps rearranging the same features into different apps just to confuse users. Honestly, the only reason I downloaded this thing is so I don’t have to install the entire Office suite separately. Otherwise, Microsoft’s constant app fragmentation and pointless renaming is getting really annoying. It’s like they go out of their way to make something that used to be simple unnecessarily complicated. Come on, Microsoft… could you not make productivity tools less productive?
