Despite some updates the app is still buggy. Lots of problems with navigation between screens and clearing comments etc.

Seeking Alpha’s aggressive implementation of high cost subscriptions is indicative of a greedy company taking advantage of an established customer base which will drive them to seek alternative services. Our 2024-25 seeking Alpha Premium and Alpha Picks subscriptions have been a usability nightmare after updating the SA App that rendered it unusable for several months.

I love Seeking Alpha but I’m really disappointed they took away the feature that shows you the ranking of a stock in the overall list as well as its industry and sector when you’re on that specific stock’s page. Please put it back!

Sent a cancellation request per their policy. Got an initial response, then they ghosted me. Even opened a new ticket and nothing. Looked them up in BBB and they have a rating of around 1 out of 5. Their tools aren’t nearly as good as competitors. Use Tipranks instead!

This used to be a solid app. Now it’s plagued by bugs that support cannot replicate or repair. Currently, articles will not load from notifications. All typical repairs did not alter this outcome.

Copying Views to other Portfolios has been my worst experience of the UI; copying views seems to have bugs.

I enjoy SA and have subscribed to several authors and follow a few more. My problem, and SA has not helped me solve it, is that I frequently can not open a notification, and sometimes an email on my iPhone 14. This is incredibly frustrating. Sometimes in frustration I delete the app and re-install, but that wiped out the notifications. I continue to use them, but at least one author has moved to Discord and I follow him there.

I love seeking aloha, the articles. Metrics. Ratings. Etc. however the links to a stock symbol, ie (F) do not appear to work anymore…on any of my devices. Frustrating.

Unable to either sign in or create a new account. App says will send an email to me as a link. Never received. A mess and losing customers because of this.
