    I have had this app for a few years now and as a farm and ranch and land real estate agent I don’t know what I’d do without it. It helps with residential too. Shows property lines when showing land. I use it for owners names of properties to send them postcards etc.

    Beware. This is only a free trial for 7 days in which to use it, you must provide a credit card, then cancel before trial is up. In no way will I provide this information just to see if I like it’s operation. Instead, like many other applications that do not require a credit card to use it as a trial, have a limit to how long a user can use it before it no longer functions without payment. This was a Quick delete, but not before I submitted a review.

    Great for property line locations very close anyways but not very good about up dating who owns property usually takes 2 years at least

    Although I have been charged for this app and subscription for the past year and this year, when I try to open the app it asks me to subscribe. There are other apps that do the same thing for 20% of the cost. I can not get in contact with the company to get anything worked out.

    App use to work fine for the last 3 weeks I can’t see none of the home owners information anymore and it’s very frustrating

    I use this app often for work and it has been helpful, but it never seems to update property ownership. Information is often years old. I won’t renew it for $99.00 for another year for that reason.
