I am currently paying for the max subscription plan you can pay for annually and I still can’t seem to have updated charts save boats to my Fleet, etc. not working needs to be fixed

Love this app, however, literally had pornographic ads on the bottom of the screen in this app.

When I go to select the annual plan, the app stalls and says loading plans and does not allow me to click to select annual.

I paid for the pro plan on June 5, 2026. When I went to look at something today it says I need to purchase the Pro plan to see the information. I’m not paying twice. I cannot find any contact information for customer service. I want what I paid for.

Not sure what happened but it doesn’t seem to let you look at the past track anymore. Instead it takes you to a screen to sell you the pro plan. But when you compare the regular plan with pro plan it clearly states the past 24 track is free. Not so anymore, and false advertising. I liked this app otherwise but there’s others out there.

Had to take the time to review this app. 1 star for inability to face a literal map in a southbound orientation. Horrible.

This app used to have great features but now this French company or whoever took over and ruined it! YOU CANT EVEN SEE THE NAMES OF VESSELS WITHOUT TAPPING ON THEM ANYMORE! Boom just this morning I kept out of bed and was awakened to the disgusting notification of “marine traffic has an update” I was excited. Then my worst nightmare happened. OLD ACCOUNT SIGNED OUT! FRIENDS BOAT I SAVED GONE! AND WORST OF ALL SEARCH BAR AT THE TOP GONE!!! The old app was amazing this new app is AI SLOP! They say they have added new features, man, the only new features they added was AI SLOP!! AND ANGRY USERS!😡😡😡. It is sad that they ruined a perfectly good app. Edit: as you can see marine traffic has made an ugly response. This has turned into the least user friendly marine traffic application. Stay away

I have used the free version for years and paid occasionally to track a vessel or two. In the last year they have updated and added a high degree of inaccuracy for unknown reasons. Right now I have a cruise ship in my view that’s appears 30 miles off course and this is common. Usually it’s a severe delay but today it’s just off. Very irritating but I’m sure the issue is more of a built in deal for bad actors overseas or something because the app worked flawlessly before. I will be deleting the app and finding a better solution

My first app review I’ve ever done and it’s sad because a year ago I would’ve said this was the best app you could download 5/5 stars. Then they ruined the app with non-user friendly updates, regardless of how they try to spin it. To make it worse, many of the basic features are things you now have to pay a subscription for. Just look at reviews for the past year and you’ll see about 90% are 1/5 stars. I work with the public at a major port and used to recommend this app to everyone but now recommend any marine tracking app but this one. Will be deleting after years of using it as I can’t take bad update after bad update.
