    I deleted my old account because I had it for awhile then I made a new one but every time I made a new account it gets blocked and I sent an email telling them that I was the real account holder but I’m still banned

    In a world where straight people do everything possible to infiltrate our queer spaces; “Her” has allowed the same to take place. No longer are we free of a space with straight men who cannot read well enough to realize that this space is not for them. No longer are we safe from couples who seek nothing more than to use us as sex toys in their relationships. No longer is this a space that is closely monitored enough than to allow profiles that allow no face photos, degrading bios or any of the other results things I’ve seen lately. You might as well just be Tinder at this point because the bar is gone and you’re doing a disservice to this community.

    huge waste of my time at first because i couldn't set filters for my swipe pool. i'm monogamous and i had to wade through a sea of folks I’m not compatible with when i could just filter them out with the existing flags, as a premium user. this doesn't fix itself until i hit the minimum number of likes that i sent. that sucked. I can't even filter my likes? you can't even make likes disappear as a premium user???? overall very user unfriendly experience even when you pay :/ especially compared to other apps

    This app is full of cis-het men and catfish accounts (run by men) that flood your likes. Also, filters & safety preferences are hidden behind a ridiculous paywall. They also spam you with marketing notifications despite having them turned off.

  • Where’s my money? Paid for Premium, Suspended Without Explanation and Zero customer support!

    I downloaded HER and paid for a premium subscription around May 26. After only a few days of using the app, my account was suddenly suspended for allegedly violating community guidelines. The problem is that I was never told what guideline I violated. The suspension notice directed me to contact support for assistance and information about restoring my account. I followed those instructions and submitted multiple support requests, but I have received no response. As a paying customer, this is extremely frustrating. My account remains inaccessible, I cannot use the premium service I paid for, and no one has explained the reason for the suspension or what steps I need to take to resolve the issue. I understand and support the need for community guidelines, but if an account is suspended, users deserve a clear explanation and timely customer support. At this point, I feel like I paid for a service that I cannot access, with no communication from the company regarding a resolution. I hope HER improves its customer service and provides greater transparency when taking action against paying users’ accounts. Please give me a refund.

    You can only swipe a number of times and are only able to see a FEW people who like you, and then you can’t do anything for another 15 hours until it “lets” you. Obviously a way to force people to pay a subscription, but then making the subscription $20 a week is actually diabolical
