Genuinely frustrating app to use, barely works. Have to close and open multiple times to just get it to login. The basic functions of invoicing and editing invoices compared to the web app is garbage.

I can’t even sign in on mobile with the new update. App has always been slow and glitchy. Receipt snap has never worked correctly. I think it will finally be time for me to move on from this after this update

The app is garbage. If you want to be incessantly frustrated, this is for you.

QuickBooks is crashing again on my iPad when I minimize the onscreen keyboard. This makes it difficult to use the app reliably for my business. The previous crashing issue took approximately eight months to resolve, and during that time the app would crash before I could even open it. Having another recurring crash is extremely frustrating. Please address this promptly. A business accounting app needs to be dependable.

May or not have most features, but it’s simple enough for an entrepreneur to use it on his own.

The last few versions including this latest one have had the program freeze every time I go to categorize transactions. Very frustrating!

I used qucikbooks before for my last company and was always able to receive payments from customers on invoices. When I started my new company I was denied for both the quick book checking account and they would not approve my external business account either for me to receive payments. I was placed on hold with customer service multiple times just for them to tell me they will not approve payments to my account and would not give me a reason why… makes no sense to me. Will not be using quick books ever again

App was great in the beginning few years ago. Than got worse and worse, price got higher and higher. Now after mandatory upgrade said this app doesn’t support my account need to use web.

Terrible costumer service , the must expensive feeds on transactions, money stays on hold for ever and you have to call speak with a hundreds off peaple to get 0 services done, there is a lot better service out there
